Not AIBE at all: the On Brand rollout surfaces (Enterprise Brand Manager, organization asset libraries, org fonts, brand images in Copilot), Brand Voice Pass, and Brand Template Enforcer. Those ship on On Brand Pro and On Brand 365.

The Difference is Admin Access
Essentials is document and prompt work; nothing touches your tenant. Complete deploys the Copilot governance settings, which needs a Global Admin.
Add-Ons are Quoted Separately
The AI Adoption Session, the executive prompt ladder, customer-tuned AI SOPs and the branded document-generation skill install are never folded into a tier price.
The 100% Upgrade Credit
Every dollar paid for Essentials credits toward Complete or On Brand 365. The upgrade adds scope rather than replacing what you bought.
Two Caveats Worth Knowing Before You Buy
Publishing organizational prompts tenant-wide is currently a Frontier preview feature; general availability has not shipped, so we do not promise it. And your AI policy is a strong, tailored starting point rather than legal advice, so have your own counsel review it before you adopt it.
