Process Automation & Workflow Design

by Bauer Automate

Automate Repetitive Work and Keep Your Business Moving

If you struggle with repetitive manual tasks, delayed approvals, or disconnected systems — our automation solutions can help.

Using Power Automate (and equivalent low-code tools such as Workato, Zapier, Stack AI, Make.com, and others), we design workflows that connect your apps, streamline your processes, and run key business tasks automatically so your team can focus on the work that matters.

Why Automation Matters

Manual work slows everything down. Automated Data Processing helps you:

  • Reduce time spent on routine tasks
  • Eliminate human error and inconsistencies
  • Improve approval turnaround times
  • Ensure processes run the same way every time
  • Connect systems that don’t naturally talk to each other
  • Increase productivity without adding headcount

  • Your business becomes more efficient, predictable, and scalable.

    What We Deliver:

Our automation service covers the full lifecycle — from discovery to design to deployment.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Primarily Power Automate — however, if your organization already uses other automation platforms (such as Zoho Flow, Zapier, or Make.com) or has active subscriptions you prefer to keep, we can accommodate and build within those as well.

Microsoft Power Automate is Microsoft’s automation platform designed to integrate deeply with Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Dataverse, and Office apps. If your organization already uses Microsoft 365, Power Automate often provides the most seamless and secure experience.

Tools such as Zapier, Make.com, Stack AI, and Workato offer similar low-code automation capabilities but are more general-purpose and connect to a wide variety of third-party apps outside the Microsoft ecosystem.

All of these tools aim to automate work — the right choice simply depends on your environment, your systems, and what your business already uses. We primarily build in Power Automate, but if you already have active subscriptions to other platforms, we can work within those as well.

Absolutely — approvals, reminders, and escalations are some of the most common use cases.

Not always. We can integrate on-premise systems using gateways or API connections. We even have the ability to use "Robotic Process Automation" to use a keyboard and mouse and pretend to be you in order to interact with applications that don't have traditional integration options. We don't believe in overpromising integration with 100% of the tools available, but if you use something specific you'd like to automate and aren't sure where to start, book a free consult so we can discuss your options.

Automation doesn’t replace people — it removes tedious tasks so your team can focus on higher-value work.

Yes, basic training will be included for your team to understand how your new automation flows work! We also empower your team through official training and certification prep courses.
