Your AI Rules Are Written. Now Make Your Tenant Enforce Them.
If you struggle with an AI policy nobody is actually held to, staff using whatever tool they found on their own, or a Copilot bill nobody approved, AI Business Enablement turns your rules into settings.
AIBE comes in two tiers. Essentials gives you the policy, the brand voice and the prompt library as documents your team can use on day one. Complete adds the governance layer, deployed by a Bauer consultant inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant, so the policy applies whether or not any individual person opts in.

Your staff are already using AI. The only open question is whether they are doing it under rules you wrote. Enforced AI governance helps you:
- Put the rules in front of people at the moment they use AI, not during onboarding six months ago
Keep client data, financials and personal information out of tools you never approved Answer your insurer, your auditor and your clients when they ask what your AI policy is See AI spend coming, rather than meeting it on the invoice Defend wire and payment requests against voice cloning and deepfakes with a written verification step Sound like one company instead of however many people are pasting their own instructions
A policy in a folder changes nothing. A policy wired into the tool changes everything.
What This Is Costing You Right Now
A signed policy nobody is held to
Prompts nobody can find
Every person's AI sounds like a different company
AI spend with no ceiling

What We Deliver:
Who This Is For
AIBE is for organizations whose staff are already using AI, with or without permission.

Law Firms
Privilege, confidentiality and a regulator who will eventually ask what your policy says.

Accounting Practices
Client financial data, and wire requests that need a verification step in writing.

Real Estate and Brokerages
Agents on their own devices, using their own tools, representing your brand.

Trades and Industrial
Field staff, BYOD, and a policy that has to be readable by everyone,

Professional Services
Client-facing writing that should sound like the firm, not like whoever drafted it.

Anyone With Copilot Licences
You are paying for it. This is how you get governance out of it.
If your insurer or your largest client has started asking about AI use, this is the answer they are looking for.
How it Works
1. Tell Us About Your Firm
A short intake: your industry, the tools you use, the rules that apply to you, a few samples of your real writing, and who holds tenant admin.
2. We Build Your Artifacts
Your tailored AI policy, your extracted brand voice, the prompt library and the staff guides, assembled by our team and returned for one review round.
3. We Deploy the Layer
Complete only. A Bauer consultant configures Copilot in your tenant against our deployment runbook, with your admin present and every setting confirmed before it goes on.
4. You Get the Runbook
The runbook, your written budget policy, and a record of every setting we changed, handed over so your team can maintain it without us.
What we touch, and what we do not
We configure the Copilot governance settings named on this page, with your admin present, and we show you each one before we turn it on. We do not read your content, we do not change your security posture beyond the browser defaults listed above, and we hand you the runbook so nothing we did is a secret.
What you will need: a Global Admin who can approve the Copilot settings, about an hour for the intake call, a few samples of your real writing, and whoever owns the policy available to sign it.
How It Is Packaged
| Tier | Best For | What You Get | What You Need | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | Firms who need the rules, the voice and the prompts written, without anything touching the tenant. |
| No admin access (Documents and prompts only) | Contact Us |
| Complete | Firms who want the policy enforced by the tenant itself, for everyone, whether or not any individual opts in. | Everything in Essentials, plus:
| Global Admin (Deployed with your admin present) | Contact Us |
The full breakdown lists every feature by tier, the add-ons, and everything that is not built at any tier.

What Actually Separates Complete From Essentials
One thing: admin. Essentials is document and prompt work, and nothing touches your tenant. Complete is the Microsoft 365 Copilot admin-policy deployment, the configuration that puts your policy and your prompts into force across the tenant, for everyone, whether or not any individual person sets anything up.
That is why Complete needs a Global Admin and Essentials does not. It is also why the Declarative Copilot Agent is a Complete deliverable and not an Essentials one: a centrally managed, pinned agent is something only an administrator can publish. Everything else in the two tiers is the same work. The difference is whether it is a document you hand out or a setting we turn on.
Buying On Brand 365? Complete comes with it.
AIBE Complete is included at no charge for our first 100 On Brand 365 clients. On Brand 365 puts your brand on every document, device and screen across your Microsoft 365, and Complete governs the AI sitting on top of it. If you are heading toward 365 anyway, do not buy Complete separately. Ask us and we will show it as a zero-dollar line on your proposal.
What AIBE Is Not
We would rather you found this out here than in month three.
