For paper applications, we implemented an AI-powered scanning system that digitizes forms, automatically extracting key data fields and entering them into the same centralized system as digital applications. When the AI is under 70% accurate on certain fields, it flags them for human review, ensuring accuracy and reducing potential errors.


This hybrid approach of AI automation and human oversight streamlined the process, minimized errors, and provided real-time status updates, enhancing transparency and customer satisfaction.
