Hello, I'm Edwin!
Edwin Dejados is a Microsoft-certified SharePoint and Power Platform specialist whose expertise has been built from the ground up through hands-on experimentation, real-world problem solving, and over a decade of evolving alongside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. He began his career in 2015 at a startup where SharePoint documentation was sparse and learning through trial and error was the only option; a foundation that gave him both technical depth and an instinct for practical, adaptable solutions.
At Bauer Automate, Edwin brings that experience to client engagements spanning site architecture, migrations, PowerShell automation, and custom solution development. His work increasingly bridges the gap between traditional SharePoint development and modern low-code approaches, including Power Apps and Power Automate, helping organizations simplify their processes using tools already within their Microsoft 365 environment. His approach is grounded and deliberate; focused on understanding real-world needs before reaching for a solution.
Edwin holds Microsoft certifications in Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Fundamentals, and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals. He is also a contributor to the wider Microsoft community through his personal blog, tipsbybits.com, where one of his SharePoint articles earned a mention in a PnP community post, a recognition he modestly describes as "a nice and unexpected encouragement."
Outside of work, Edwin is a former band member who played drums and guitar, claiming a fair but honest 5/10 on his best days, with a few gigs under his belt before COVID brought the curtain down. These days he unwinds with some Dota 2, the occasional walk by the river, and a quiet bench with a view of the ducks.
