Ike Balogun

Ikeoluwa (Ike) Balogun is a University of Calgary graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce in Operations Management and a minor in Data Science, recognized for academic excellence with a Distinction designation. Her academic journey was matched by leadership impact; as the 2023–2024 President of the University of Calgary Commerce Association (UCCA), she developed a strong foundation in consulting, project management, and continuous improvement through automation.

Ike joins Bauer Automate as a consultant with hands-on experience in Power BI, having completed two internships and a part-time contract role where she built visualizations that directly informed major business decisions. Her work and leadership with the UCCA were recognized with the Calgary Black Chambers – TD Business Leadership Scholarship.

Certified in Microsoft Power BI (PL-300) and Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), Ike brings both technical capability and a data-driven mindset to every engagement. She is passionate about creating clear, actionable insights that help organizations make better decisions using the tools they already have.

Outside of work, Ike is an avid fantasy reader. Current favorites include The Goblin Emperor, Mistborn, and The Curse of Chalion, and she's always open to a good recommendation.
